Refund Policies:
Free cancelation: Up to 7 days before departure. A full refund will be carried out, except for service costs. It might take up to 10 days to reach your account.
No refund possible: After 7 days before departure, any cancellation done by the customer will be penalized with a non-refund deposit.
In case of weather conditions or no safety guaranteed, the company reserves the right to cancel the tour, rescheduling if possible, or proceeding with a full refund.
If sea conditions are favorable by the departure of the tour and customer decides on its own not to carry out the tour, there will be no deposit refund taking place.
